In case of unavoidable circumstances, we remain flexible and will do our best to accommodate changes. If we must cancel a visit, we will inform you promptly and offer alternative scheduling. No charges will apply if cancellations are initiated by ShinyNest.

Clients must ensure the cleaning team has safe and unobstructed access to the property. If access is delayed or denied, this may affect service delivery or result in additional charges. Pets should be secured during cleaning, and any special instructions should be communicated in advance. If the premises are not in a suitable condition for cleaning, we may suggest rescheduling. We are not responsible for issues caused by restricted access or undeclared hazards.
7. Liability & Limitations
ShinyNest will carry out services with reasonable care and professional standards. However, we are not liable for minor cosmetic damage or wear that occurs naturally over time. We cannot guarantee outcomes for surfaces or materials not suitable for standard cleaning. Clients must inform us in advance of fragile items or special surfaces. Any complaints or concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service delivery.
